HOA Energy Policy

This Energy Policy outlines the rights and responsibilities of Meadowglen HOA members who wish to install solar energy systems or make energy-saving improvements to their homes. It covers eligible upgrades — from solar panels and EV charging equipment to energy-efficient windows and heat pumps — and explains the application and approval process. The policy is designed to support members in making sustainable home improvements while maintaining neighborhood standards. All current and prospective members are encouraged to review this policy before beginning any energy-related home modifications.
