Annual Meeting - 12/8Reminder that our annual meeting will be held Monday, December 8th from 6 - 8PM.
There is a new location this year - the meeting will be held at the12 Mile Farmington Library - 32727 12 Mile Road - in the auditorium.
There are 4 positions open/up for re election this year. The HOA can only function if homeowners fill key positions. These roles aren’t just titles—they’re essential to keeping our community running smoothly. From maintaining common areas to reviewing budgets and enforcing bylaws, the work simply doesn’t get done without resident volunteers. When positions sit vacant, projects stall, responsiveness slows, and everyone in the neighborhood feels the impact. We need more homeowners to step up so that the responsibilities are shared fairly and our neighborhood continues to operate efficiently.
The VP and Treasurer roles must be filled for the HOA to function/exist.
Vice President Assists various committee members with moving projects forward. With the President and Treasurer, responsible for fiscal management of the community.
Treasurer Sets the annual budget. Work with our book keeping company to approve invoices for payment. Manage annual budget.
Grounds Ensure the commons/HOA owned properties remain properly maintained. Work with various vendors to have trees trimmed/planted. Respond to resident requests and inquiries related to grounds.
Welcoming Visit new residents, share new resident guide, inform them of various communication formats (social media, newsletter) and important bylaws to be followed. Please email nominations to [email protected] (nominating committee chair). Elections will take place at the annual meeting. You may vote via proxy by emailing your votes to the HOA Secretary, Mo Tarabah at [email protected] no later than 8PM on December 8th. The 2026 board members will be announced by January 1, 2026.
